As part of the monthly discussion series “Baat-Cheet”, a discussion on the topic “Digital Governance: Government at Your Fingertips” was successfully conducted. The program saw the participation of students and young people from various faculties and backgrounds.
During the discussion, participants exchanged views on the role of digital governance in making public service delivery more accessible, efficient, transparent, and citizen-friendly. They also emphasized the need to further strengthen cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and the necessary policy frameworks to support effective digital governance.

The discussion also highlighted that many citizens in Madhesh Province are still deprived of digital government services due to limited digital access and low digital literacy. Participants concluded that greater attention should be given to improving digital literacy and developing more citizen-friendly service systems.
We extend our sincere thanks to Advocate Rocky Prasad Sah and the series coordinator Akriti Sah, as well as all participants, for sharing their valuable time and insights during the discussion.
